I provide individual therapy sessions for adults & adolescents (age 11+) from my practice in Conwy.
I can facilitate online sessions for those unable to attend in person, though I will always strongly encourage attendance to the clinic wherever possible.
I offer both 1 hour & 90minute sessions to suit your needs & the modalities used.
Beyond an initial requirement to commit to a short programme/minimum number of 5 sessions (with minor exceptions), session numbers & spacings are flexible & discussed during initial consultation.
I’m a qualified integrative psychotherapist, advanced clinical hypnotherapist, and EMDR practitioner based in Conwy, North Wales.
My path into this work has been shaped by a lifelong fascination with understanding the human psyche, my own healing journey, and a deep-rooted passion for helping others shift from a state of surviving to thriving.
